El Club de Español de UConn (Spanish Resources Center)
About
The Spanish Club is organized by students interested in the Spanish language and culture. Its main function is to create a space where students have the opportunity to practice Spanish and improve their skills and fluency. It also offers a space to meet other students who are interested in Latin American and Spanish culture.
A Spanish TA conducts the main meeting activity on a weekly basis. Movies, dinners, games (pictionary, taboo, trivial, black stories...) or other types of activities are organized as well, depending on what its members want to do each semester. Meetings are held in the library and, sometimes its members meet outside and have a coffee. This organization is open to everybody anytime. No experience needed.
